1. No Return Policy

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaked
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Package is tampered at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Outer packaging
  • Order details

Complaints reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Resolution Process

After verification:

  • A replacement may be provided, OR
  • A refund will be issued (at our discretion)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

6. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
